Clients will receive a full version of my ToS during an official commission. This is a simplified version.

1. General
   ✦ Clients must be 18+, or have an adult contact me for them. I require a valid gov ID.
   ✦ Clients must have clear unshaded digital reference sheets with at least a front and back.

2. Payment
   ✦ A non-refundable deposit of total material costs is required upfront to secure a slot.
   ✦ I will not ship anything until the project is paid in full.
   ✦ I only accept payment via Paypal.

3. Refunds
   ✦ Refunds are based on a % completed basis.

4. Timeline
   ✦ Completion dates are only estimates. I do not guarantee anything unless a rush fee is paid for a certain agreed upon date.

5. Design
   ✦ Client must approve the final design before construction begins. Once begun, major design changes are not possible.

6. Shipping
   ✦ Shipping/Insurance/fees are the clients responsibility.
   ✦ I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

7. Warranty
   ✦ All suits include a 90 day warranty that begins upon delivery to the client. This only covered construction flaws, not damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

8. Representation
   ✦ Clients agree not to use my work to promote hate groups, harassment, or illegal activity.
   ✦ Clients may resell my work, but i must be credited as the maker.

9. Property
   ✦ Client affirms they own the rights to the commissioned character.

10. Liability
    ✦ I am not responsible for anything that happens while the client wears the costume.
    ✦ Client assumes responsibility for safe and responsible use of the costume.

11. Legal
    ✦ This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
